Ultrasound and doppler hashimoto’s thyroiditis

Hashimoto’s thyroiditisis represents 15% of the types of thyroiditis and, besides being chronic, affects a woman for every four men. Between diagnosis and treatment, the patient presented with neck pain, of mild to moderate intensity, associated with symptoms of tachycardia and anxiety. With this paper it is possible to observe the importance of the use of Doppler ultrasound in monitoring patients with thyroid disease, especially Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, being able to predict the prognosis of the diseases early.
