Analyze the May-Thurner or Cocket syndrome (SMT-C) or extrinsic compression of the iliac venous system by the arterial against the bony structures. The natural history of the disease is secondary to compression of the left common iliac vein by the right common iliac artery against vertebral bodies (L4 and L5), making the distal venous drainage.
