Abstract

In this case report we present thoraco-omphalopagus twins with single heart presenting ventricular malformation and fused livers, diagnosed at 17 weeks and 3 days by ultrasound and confirmed by morphological ultrasound 22 weeks and 3 days. After the fetal death cesarean section was performed at 25, 2 weeks. From the case presented was performed a literature review.
