Abstract

OBJECTIVES: Pleural effusion is defined as a presence of fluid in the pleural space, being that in uterine life being any volume of pleural fluid considered not normal. The aim of this paper is to report a case of fetal pleural effusion, diagnosed by ultrasound, and the diagnosis made intrauterine intervention possible.
