Abstract

Teleultrasonography is based on the transmission of medical data through telecommunication systems. The practice of medicine using interactive technology resources enables integrated and humanized patient care, increases access to and efficiency of the health system. We should think how to legalize ir, in view of the notion of joint and several liability, the exclusion of illegality, medical liability, deontology trust and medical service as a relation of consumption. In the early days, It was limited by the quality of data transmission and equipments available, however, with technological development, it expands exponentially. It is up to the professionals of the area the elaboration of the appropriate methodology for its execution. It is feasible a system of digital opinion and virtual tutoring, following the ethical aspects of medical practice, defining who is intended to commercialize the digital sharing of data, as well as the responsibility under the General Data Protection Act and the Medical Act in Brazil.
