Although there are no randomized studies on intrauterine blood transfusion, observational studies can clearly show that it is one of the intrauterine therapeutic procedures with the highest success rate. This type of blood transfusion has positive effects on the survival of anemic fetuses in a myriad of etiologies, such as infectious, hemorrhagic or hematological diseases, where prophylaxis with anti-Rh serum is not effective. The work in question seeks to show case of fetal anemia treated with this procedure.
