Abstract

Ovarian cancer is the second most common gynecological cancer that complicates pregnancy. This study objetive to report a case of ovarian cancer with uterine pregnancy, diagnosed at first trimester. After the pathology, the final diagnosis was a serous cystadenocarcinoma. After surgery, pregnancy progressed normally and a chemotherapy regimen was introduced.
