Abstract

Congenital obstruction of the lower urinary tract is a rare disease identified in fetuses and neonates, but in the age of prenatal ultrasonography, the diagnosis has increased. Considering that this disease can lead to a considerable perinatal mortality with morbidity throughout the life, the prenatal diagnosis is vital to assist the doctor in the elaboration of the best pre and perinatal conduct. Therefore, this paper aimed to report a case of congenital obstruction of the lower urinary tract diagnosed at the 20th gestational week and the postnatal outcome.
